Description

A truly stunning one-bedroom Edwardian conversion garden flat, located ideally for easy access to Norwood Junction Station and its fast links into Central London. The flat has excellent local amenities and is in easy walking distance of a number of superb parks and green spaces.

The internal accommodation comprises of 630 sqft of living accommodation and a wealth of period features. The large reception room oozes character with a huge bay window which floods the room with light, through the hallway you come to the spacious kitchen diner, which has been recently updated to look very stylish and modern. The kitchen beams with light from the shash window and is the perfect place to practice those new recipes.

The master bedroom is also very spacious with high ceilings and feature fireplace, finished in neutral tones which highlights the natural light in the room. The current owners have refitted the bathroom into a lovely tiled modern three-piece suite, that is the perfect place to relax and have a long bath after a hard day of work.

The landscaped picturesque garden also offers a tranquil spot to relax in and catch the summer! Further benefits include a separate utility area, lots of period features throughout the property, one minute walk from Norwood Junction Station and long lease!

Seller Comments I have absolutely loved living in this flat, and it is only due to unforeseen circumstances that I find myself leaving London entirely. It's such a brilliant area, excellent transport links to Crystal Palace, Beckenham, Shoreditch, Clapham or London Bridge. The neighbours are all lovely and it's a real community feel.

The garden is a beautiful haven and has brought me so much joy; it’s so peaceful, you often forget you're in London. It gets sun nearly all day and has been wonderful for hosting friends or even just reading in the sunshine.

The flat has many gorgeous period features: the flooring is original and the fireplace in the living room is working (so cosy in the winter). I've renovated everything with love and I hope whoever lives here will appreciate it as much as I have done.
