Our story begins more than 20 years ago, but it really started in 2009 when the most interesting part began. At that time Spain was plunged into a deep housing crisis and the Balearic Islands were taking one of the worst impacts. That's when we came up with the idea of using a video camera to show the houses we were selling online. In this way, we avoided unnecessary visits for our clients, provided much more complete information and, simultaneously, reduced the ecological impact caused by air travel and car journeys that were not essential. Our innovative system was very successful and soon, despite the bad economic times, our company started to grow in prestige and size. Later, in our wish to improve our services, we have been pioneers in Europe in using drones so that our clients could better understand the properties we offered them. However, despite having become the leading real estate agents in Menorca in the sale of luxury properties and occupying the largest number of square meters of office space on the island, we are not going to stop here, because for us every day is a new adventure and a new challenge to improve ourselves and create something different.
