Wiltshire, with an overall average price of £349,049 was cheaper than nearby Bristol (County) (£394,431), Gloucestershire (£384,636) and Dorset (£403,723). The priciest area within Wiltshire was Crudwell (£1,035,000) and the least expensive was Tidworth (£248,249).
During the last year, sold prices in Wiltshire were similar to the previous year and 5% up on 2021 when the average house price was £332,270.
