        Urban & Rural are a tremendous company staffed by friendly helpful and efficient people. When I decided to sell my house I tried to do it on the cheap using a colourful company who like to advertise on the TV it was a terrible experience and they were sacked after only 10 days. My second attempt using another local agent ended badly because the people working for this agent were incompetent and liars when held to account. When I walked through the door of the Urban & Rural Leagrave branch I was met with a smile from Ashley and once I had spoken to her about my requirements I knew all would be OK.
