    Even from a young age one of Dale's passions has been property, demonstrating this during his time studying in Construction Management at the University of Derby and graduating in 2013 with a BSc (Hons) Degree. Upon graduation, Dale immediately stepped in to his first role in the property industry, initially as a Sales Negotiator. Having now worked in the industry for his entire career within Nottingham and the surrounding areas, Dale has spent the majority of his time as a Branch Manager, not only growing and developing a number well-known brands along the way but also building a vast wealth of knowledge and understanding of the property industry, market trends and factors in each area. As a result, this allows Dale to offer clear and concise information but to also advise and employ the best marketing tactics and strategies specific to his clients' properties.

    Liam is our latest addition to the sale's team at Tristram's. Liam and his family come from a background who have all worked in the property industry, so from an early age Liam has always been fascinated by the property industry and housing development. In his earlier years he spent a lot of time studying and travelling alongside beginning his work in commercial lettings in London. Liam then came back to Nottingham where he would go on to push his customer service further in the retail industry where he would go on to manage his own department. As he was constantly surrounding himself with new people, Liam realised that his personality, drive and local knowledge of Nottingham having lived in Wollaton for over 15 years that he would thrive under a negotiator role.

Don't be fooled by the age of this team, they are extremely professional and very enthusiastic and as a major bonus fully managed for £35 per month.         I first met Dale their sales agent when i was looking to buy a property to rent and I thought he was professional and informed which is frankly more than you can say for your typical agent. I didnt end up buying through them but he told me about their letting service which to be honest sounded a bit too good to be true. Anyway when I finally found a property to let I gave it to Tristrams to manage for me. I was not to be dissatisfied! Although it is early days it is kind of hard to think why anyone would use any one else. They are without a doubt far cheaper and so you might expect sub par service but that is not the case. The whole team have been brilliant especially Lizzie and the boss James. The house went on the market within a day of asking them and they found a decent tenant almost the next day! Fast, helpful and courteous and professional - really what more could you want? Oh and their maintenance man Sam? did a good job at a fair price. Happy to recommend to one and all.
