      Matthew Harvey - Chartered Surveyor & Valuer
      Matthew has lived and worked in the Cotswolds for the past 20 odd years, training at the Royal Agricultural College Cirencester achieving an honours degree in Rural Land Management. In 1996 he embarked on a professional career in the property world, joining a leading national firm of Chartered Surveyors and Estate Agents in Tetbury. After qualifying as a Chartered Surveyor in 2003, he moved on to develop and run a highly successful estate agency office in Marlborough, Wiltshire, before returning to the Cotswolds in 2009 to take on the firms' residential sales office in Cirencester. He went on to join Tayler & Fletcher's diverse and expanding business at the end of 2010 running the residential sales team in Bourton-on-the-Water and became a Partner of the firm in 2012.

      Laura Webb - Negotiator
      Laura has been a member of the NAEA since 2006 and joined the Residential Sales team at the Bourton-on-the-Water office in 2012. Her career in Estate Agency began with an Independent firm of Estate Agents, Surveyors and Auctioneers in Shropshire in 2003, where she worked her way up from Junior Negotiator to Assistant Branch Manager before moving to the Cotswolds in 2008. She then Managed a Letting Agents in Cirencester for four years before deciding to get back to her passion for property sales. Laura is married to a local farmer, which has helped to expand her knowledge of the area and gives her a good understanding of the Cotswolds' country life. She and her husband have two young children.

      Leah Gardner - Negotiator
      Leah joined our Bourton-on-the-Water team in August 2019. Having grown up in the Cotswolds and now raising a young family in Bourton she has a good knowledge of the local area and life in the Cotswolds. With a background in customer service and marketing she is driven by a passion to ensure a high level of customer service is provided at all times. Having moved house several times in the last few years she fully understands the emotion that is involved in a house purchase and sale and strives to make the process as smooth as possible for everyone involved. Outside of work two young children and two dogs, as well as a house that needs renovating ensure she is kept busy.       Charles Arkell - Commercial Consultant
      Charles has been with Tayler & Fletcher since the 1970's when he qualified as a Chartered Surveyor. Charles became a partner at 29 and then following the sale of the business became a partner of Humberts in 2004. Humberts was subsequently sold and Charles took this opportunity to re-acquire the business and revert back to Tayler & Fletcher which took place on 1st June 2009. Charles conducts the property auctions, which he is keen to enhance and also oversees the rural and commercial departments of the business.

      Adrian Cannon - Rural Partner
      Adrian is a member of Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors, the Central Association of Agricultural Valuers and the British Institute of Agricultural Consultants. With over 20 years of practical agricultural experience, including Farmers Weekly Farm Manager of the Year 2006, he has a broad knowledge of farming issues.       Carol Rose - Rural Secretary
      Carol joined Tayler & Fletcher in 1973 after completing a secretarial course. Her first job was to carry out general office duties throughout the many roles of the firm in order to gain a general knowledge of the services offered by Tayler & Fletcher. She then progressed to the Lettings Department, preparing letting particulars, inventories and tenancy agreements. Other duties included typing up surveys and reports. Carol was also involved in the popular Stow Fair which the firm used to run. Following on from the lettings Carol was pleased to become involved with the Property Sales Department which she thoroughly enjoyed. This involved visiting the properties, taking details and negotiating sales. This was a particularly enjoyable and rewarding time at Tayler & Fletcher. During her many years at Tayler & Fletcher she has gained a breadth of knowledge of both services offered and local clients. Carol now works mainly in the Rural Department of the firm which is very busy and offers a wide variety of services. When not at work she enjoys gardening and walking the countryside and coastline.
