    Our services will include:
      • A pre-let appraisal of the property
      • Provide photographs and advertising material
      • Advertise in local newspapers
      • Advertise on www.rightmove.co.uk
      • Advertise on www.tabernlettings.co.uk
      • Notify prospective tenants on our database
      • Arrange viewings with tenants who meet your criteria
      • Provide feedback on viewings
      • Carry out referencing on any prospective tenants, using a referencing agency to provide credit checks, employer/accountant and landlord references
      • Prepare the Tenancy Agreement
      • Prepare a full inventory of the property with photographs
      • Arrange appropriate certificates to comply with current legislation
      • Collect the bond and first month's rent
      • Set up a standing order for ongoing rent
      • Prepare a statement of account
      • Move in tenant
      • Inform utility companies of all meter readings and the new tenant details
      • Register the bond in an appropriate Deposit Scheme
      • Transfer balance of monies to landlord's account
      • Regular Property Inspections
      • Monthly statements
      • Renewals and notices as required
      • Check out tenant at the end of the tenancy.

    • We will ensure that any monies deposited with us in the form of bonds etc. are protected by being placed in the Deposit Protection Scheme.
    • After receiving your rent into our account, we will always make prompt payment to your Landlord.
