Choosing the right letting agent may prove to be as important as the choice of your next property. At Stanford's we strive to achieve the very best customer service to our tenants providing support throughout the duration of your tenancy.

We always have a wide selection of properties ranging from studio apartments right through to large executives houses and offer accompanied viewings at a time to suit you. Our professional and friendly staff are on hand to ensure any issues are dealt with in an efficient and timely manner to allow you to continue your life with as little inconvenience as possible should any repairs or maintenance be needed during your tenancy.

Should you wish to proceed on a property and all the terms and conditions have been agreed the following fees and charges will apply:

A reservation fee of £360 will be required to secure the property which will be deducted from the final balance up taking the tenancy.

Tenancy Set up fee (For the first two tenants) - £300 plus VAT

Tenancy set up fee for any subsequent names on the tenancy - £150 plus VAT

If a Guarantor is required a further fee of - £150 plus VAT
