    Should you wish to proceed on a property and all the terms and conditions have been agreed the following fees and charges will apply:

    A reservation fee of £360 will be required to secure the property which will be deducted from the final balance up taking the tenancy.

    • Tenancy Set up fee (For the first two tenants) - £300 plus VAT
    • Tenancy set up fee for any subsequent names on the tenancy - £150 plus VAT
    • If a Guarantor is required a further fee of - £150 plus VAT
