      Jason Diamond
      Jason has been in the Estate Agency business since 'Noah was a Lad' as they say in Rochdale. Born in Oldham he moved to the area while still in short trousers. He currently lives with his family in Bamford.

      He loves running his own agency, his favourite part of the job is helping local people to move into the house of their dreams. He's very passionate about making Reside the best Estate Agency in Rochdale.During his time selling and letting houses he has sold both Lisa Stansfield and Mark Owen's houses and had great fun dodging their fans trying to get glimpses of the stars. Although initially he did think the paparazzi were there for him!

      When he was at Primary School he wanted to be a professional rugby player but was too good looking. However he did play rugby league to a high standard and now just enjoys watching rugby and football. He enjoys doing triathlons, cycling sportives and going to do his first full ironman in 2017. It is claimed it's all about character building and pushing yourself to the limits or it could just be because of the Lycra!

      It's a little known fact but he's also a bit of an expert on Nespresso coffee, so when you pop in for a coffee and a chat don't be surprised if you get quizzed on your likes until he get's you the perfect coffee.

      Rebecca Chadwick
      Rebecca currently lives in Littleborough with her very active five year old and a bottle of Pinot Grigio, we presume the two things aren't connected... 

      She's been in Estate Agency for over 16 years having started when she was just five - she said we had to say that or she'd leave us with the five year old! The part of the job she loves the most is helping people with what is usually the single biggest purchase of their lives. She loves to see their faces when she hands over the keys. 

      Outside of Estate Agency life Rebecca enjoys walking, attending the gym - not using the equipment - just going there. She also loves baking cakes so that's all the birthdays in the office sorted and she obviously knows where to buy wine in bulk. 

      There's an entertaining side to her as well. She once played with a Brass Band in the Lord Mayor Parade in London. Apparently she can't go back though, something about a tinkle whilst playing her triangle... 

      Her childhood dream was to be a dancer at Disney World which we think is plain Goofy!

      Ben White
      Ben hails from Lees in Oldham and we are starting to think that Jason has actually employed a clone of himself. When at Primary School Ben wanted to be a rugby player and for a short time achieved his dream of playing professionally. 

      We can see some rivalry in the office as Jason never quite got to the level of professional. As you would expect Ben still loves rugby and most forms of physical exercise. It seems he also has a healthy appetite and at his last job he was always finding some excuse to knock together a celebratory buffet; birthdays, leaving doos, it's Friday, someone put new toner in the printer - we think the last one is just pushing it a wee bit. 

      It seems a common thing with estate agents that the reason they love their job - apart from helping people move into their dream home - is to nosy at how the other half live, ahem, we mean, the chance to meet new people! 

      Ben is half German - he played international rugby for Germany - and was originally going to be called Zinzan after Zinzan Brooke - nope, we have no idea either but we reckon he got off very lucky with Ben. Although his middle names of Jake and Elwood after the Blues Brothers are pretty cool. We look forward to seeing him 'Shake a Tail Feather' in the office soon.

      Sarah Hull
      Despite trying to fool us with her name Sarah is actually from Heywood. She has been in Estate Agency for around 10 years starting as an apprentice, learning all aspects of agency life, to the role she now occupies at Reside. 

      In all the time she has been working in Estate Agency she has never lost her love for it, she loves the variety and the fact that no two days are the same and no two clients are the same. I'm sure that's helped by the fact that on one inspection with a tenant, part way through she was offered a G&T...in a mug! Which as far as we are concerned is the correct way to serve it! 

      Outside of work Sarah loves the gym, watching all her favourite Soaps and going out for a drink - not always with tenants. 

      As a child she wanted to be a Fire Fighter, which will help when sales at Reside get too hot and she extinguishes any thoughts of not selling a client's house.
