    Tom Barter, Managing Director
    Joined Philip Laney & Jolly to work with father Roger in 2009, Tom previously worked as a Store Manager for Tesco following graduation from the University of Leeds in 2000 (BSc Psychology). Having completed a Masters degree in Real Estate Management, Tom now heads up the Block Management operation whilst also supporting all aspects of the business. Living in North Malvern with a young family, Tom is actively involved in the local community coaching his son's under 7's rugby team on a Sunday morning and his son's and daughter's football teams on a Saturday morning.

    Amanda Brice, Sales/ Lettings Director
    Born in Cornwall & moved to Bristol in 1986, Amanda started her agency career in the city and worked her way up to a management role in a busy successful office in Clifton. Amanda married and moved with her family to a small holding in Worcestershire in 2014, joining Philip Laney & Jolly in 2016. Her knowledge and experience supports the office to provide a wide, comprehensive and trustworthy property service to all our clients.

    Born in Worcestershire and after graduating from university Sam began his career in Estate agency at a large National brand in Worcester and joined Philip Laney & Jolly in 2019. His professional approach, experience, enthusiasm and understanding of people as well as the business makes him a great member of the team.

    Julia Forsyth, Lettings Manager
    Born in London, graduating from Oxford Brooks University with a degree in Estate Management in 1989 and worked in Birmingham for a  number of years as a RICs qualified surveyor in commercial property management.  Julia moved to Malvern with her family joining the expanding Lettings team at Philip Laney & Jolly in 2018

    Pauline Orgee, Property Manager
    Born in Wolverhampton, but has lived in Worcester since she was 3. Pauline has worked within the property industry since 1988, joining Philip Laney & Jolly in 2014. She runs our property maintenance department, with the demanding job of co-ordinating contractors, tenants and landlords in a timely fashion.

    Rhiannon Cordiner, Sales /Lettings co-ordinator
    Born in Worcester Rhiannon is at present completing her University masters degree. She joined us on a part time basis in 2020 to assist all aspects of the business. With great communication skills and technical expertise  Rhiannon has become a valued member of the team.

    Ella Bevan, Trainee Sales/lettings Negotiator 
    Born in Portsmouth moving to Ledbury when she was 2. Ella successfully finished her A' level studies and gained some great customer service skills within the retail business. Ella has now joined the team to begin her estate agency career  with energy, confidence and growing knowledge of the business.

    Born in Coventry, Caroline worked as a PA to a helicopter company at Coventry airport moving with her husband and 3 children to Worcester in 2012. Caroline joined the Philip Laney & Jolly team in 2015 and has headed up our marketing and admin work ever since
