      The most professional and honest letting agent I've dealt with to date. So far I have experienced a first class level of service. I literally had to sign one document and with their fully managed service have not had to deal with anything else. Shortly after letting the house. A radiator needed repairing. I received a maintainance bill that was competitively priced. A small administrative error was dealt with swiftly, honestly and with no discussion. You can't really know a letting agent until there's an issue with the property that needs dealing with. Before this, it is all words. This letting agent upholds their promises. Tom came and assessed the rental value of the property. Other agents had valued much below this rate so I was skeptical. I handed the keys over on Friday. They had two viewings on the same afternoon. One week later the property was let at the exact rate Tom had valued it. This is a testimony to his many years of experience in the business. As a small time landlady, I expected to be handed over to another member of the team as soon as I signed the house over. This did not happen. I can email Tom, the lettings manager, at any time and he responds swiftly and professionally. Go to other letting agents at your peril. I feel fortunate to be doing business with this small but top class firm.

      Jenna had previously worked in this industry a few years ago but left to set up her own cleaning company, this ran for 4 years and was very successful, however when she heard there was an opening here, she decided it was time to get back into the estate agency sector. Jenna loves helping people and has a lot of customer service experience, along with being organised and having a very high track record of time management. Outside of work she spends time looking after her family and socialising with friends.

        If we ever sell again I would use them
        I chose this estate agent base on the reviews and I was not disappointed. From the valuation of my property right through to exchange and completion the service I received was brilliant. This was my first time selling a property and as a first-time seller I had a lot of worries and questions. No question was to silly and all my worries were taken seriously and I was taken through it step by step. They recommended a very good solicitor and helped us to find a company to collect some unwanted furniture, both of which in my opinion went beyond the job specification. I never had to chase for an update and they helped chase the solicitors on both sides to keep the process moving along. If we every sell again I would use them and will recommend them to friends and family.
