Paragon Land & Estates Ltd was formed in 2014 from a partnership known as Paragon Holdings, which was originally established in 1983 by the current Managing Director, Rick Parisi.

The company owns the freehold interest in a large portfolio of mainly commercial property over 8 counties and its current portfolio includes business centres, industrial and small business starter units, development land, retail shops and licensed premises.

Nowadays, the focus is on development. A number of projects are currently underway, including 82,000 sq ft of office space in Cambridge, 12 small business units near Ely and 25,000 sq. ft. of residential development in Surrey.

Paragon’s portfolio includes the fabulous 10 acre Stirling House on the Cambridge Innovation Park at Waterbeach, Cambridge. The 45,000 sq ft centre is made up of of grade A office space and a stunning glass roofed atrium with a café in a relaxing tropical setting. The site is set to benefit from an additional 30,000 sq ft which is currently under construction and is scheduled for completion by late 2017. A planning application is being prepared for an additional 52,000 sq ft during 2017, making it the premier business centre for Cambridge and well beyond.
