"I approached George at Move after I had exhausted all the usual and established options for large/premium house sales in Gloucestershire, as I was looking for something more and refreshing.
With my sale I was looking for an agent that would allow me to be completely hands off as at the time I did not live in Gloucestershire, but safe in the knowledge that no aspect of the marketing and sale would be ignored. I can safely say this is what Move provided and much more!

I was impressed with George's refreshing ideas on how to market the house, harnessing the unique market that exists in Gloucestershire and attention to detail with the photography and brochure. Nothing was ignored.

Due to George's initial diligence and market knowledge the house was only on the market for 36 hours and was sold to a cash purchaser for a price far exceeding my expectations - and the valuations of other agents! Never used Move before, but decided to give them a try. I wanted to move quickly, they agreed to do everything to advertise to sell in a single 1 hour meeting, photos, measurements taken, price agreed, fee agreed and contract signed. By the end of the week, I had an asking price offer. 2 and half months later the sale had completed.
