      I have lived in Exeter for nearly 40 years pursuing careers in lettings management and publishing before teaching at Exminster Community Primary School where our children also attend. I have a keen eye for detail and a passion to deliver a positive experience to our clients. I enjoy building long-term relationships and my favourite part of the job is meeting new people and helping them sell or rent their property or find their dream home! In my spare time I enjoy trail running and climbing with my two children.

      Alice joined Martin & Co in 2019 as an apprentice administrator. Alice has achieved her level 3 diploma as well as further qualifications in lettings legislation, business administration and customer service. During her third year with the company Alice has taken on the role of property manager and enjoys looking after our contractors and managing our clients' expectations. Alice has recently completed on her first house purchase and in her spare time you will find Alice baking in the kitchen or playing with her dogs Chester and Lottie.
