    We have a large lettings department specialising in residential letting and property management. The team are fully focused on the priorities and needs of our landlords.

    We understand that letting your property, especially for the first time, can be a worrying experience and with this in mind our most important consideration is providing you, the landlord, with the best possible service and the right tenant for your property. We never forget that your property can be your most important asset and we can confidently assure you that by instructing us to act as your letting and managing agent your asset will be in professional caring hands.

    Your property will be marketed on all 4 of the Top property web sites as well as many more including our own website and facebook where awaiting tenants are notified the property is available.

    We are happy to help with each step as you get your property ready, each property will need an up to date Energy performance Certificate (EPC) and before the tenant takes up occupation we ensure that the boiler has a valid gas safety certificate.

    All of our tenants must pass our referencing process which includes an employment reference to help confirm affordability and a previous Landlords reference along with a credit search and score.

    As previously mentioned we can tailor our services to suit everybody's needs however there are two core services we base these on.
