    Established in 1967 by Michael Kalmar FRICS, ISVA. KALMARs initially traded from The City, then moved to Knightsbridge. However, having an instrumental involvement within the South London property market, the company decided to focus and make a long-term commitment to South London from 1986 to the present.

    Sebastian Kalmar FNAEA BSCHons - Managing Director
    Sebastian joined KALMARs in 2008 as an assistant while reading Estate Management BSc (Hons). He is the third generation of the family working in the company resulting in a rich history of property and a wealth of connections in the industry. Previously his career entailed working in various roles, as a commercial analyst and also alternative investments working as a sales executive and broker. With over ten years' experience in property Sebastian is now Managing Director of KALMARs Residential and a Fellow of the National Association of Estate Agents (FNAEA). He was born and has always lived in South East London as well as conducting all his studies in the area too providing him with exceptional relationships and a great understanding of the dynamics, changes and history across the area.

    Francesca Harris - Lettings consultant
    Francesca joined KALMARs Residential lettings team in 2016. She has brought with her abundant enthusiasm, energy, a driven mind set and previous property experience to the team. Francesca has a business diploma, is on the way of becoming an ARLA member and has been working since the age of 14. Outside of work hours Francesca's hobbies and interests include going to the gym, painting, singing, cooking and socialising.

    Marc Faure - Head of New Homes
    Marc joined Kalmars after having spent five years in the industry working for Foxtons. He holds a BSc (Hons) degree in Business and Legal Studies, and is passionate about property and the London market. Experienced in both period and new build property, a focus on design trends and understanding the evolution and development of areas is of great interest to him. Outside of work Marc enjoys travelling, eating out, motorbikes and cars.

    James joined KALMARs in 2018 as Head of Residential Private Sales. With experience ranging from Sales, Lettings and New Homes, James has valued many different types of property all over South London. Knowledgeable in offering professional and reliable advice, James supports his clients and buyers throughout the entire buying and selling process. In his spare time you will either find him on the golf course or on the radio, as he is also an electronic music producer.

    Joining his father at KALMARs in 1977, Richard has worked continuously on commercial agency ever since. He now focusing on development work, particularly of residential sites. He is chairman of Southwark Chamber of Commerce for the 6th year; organises SLICA (South London Industrial and Commercial Agents); is an advisor to the Southbank University business panel. He has been and continues to be active in local affairs. He is a long-term member of both the Industrial Agents, and the Office Societies as well as being a member of the Residential agents development society. He is a Freeman of the City of London and Honorary Member of the Chartered Surveyors Livery Company. He is married with three grown children, his second son being in the business. His interests include gardening, cooking, wine, speaking French, traveling, reading, music, mycology, windsurfing, swimming, canoeing, cycling, and occasionally he watches a bit of telly.

      Mickola Wilson FRICS - Non executive Director
      Mickola worked for Guardian Royal Exchange for over 20 years, as a property fund and development manager, for the last 5 years she was MD of the Property Fund Management division with circa £1bn funds under management and responsibility for the Group occupied estate. In 2000 Mickola joined MWB as head of the Fund Management division with £600m funds under management focused on the leisure and retail sectors.
