      Where is your favourite place in Ashby? What I love about Ashby is the fabulous range of period buildings tucked in and around the town. We really do have a bit of every era! I'm a fan of Georgian buildings, their architecture and especially those grand imposing entrance doors. 

      Favourite part of your job? From the initial stages of meeting a client and hearing their personal story and why their home is important to them all the way through to seeing a sold sign appearing on their for sale board. 

      Top tip for buyer or seller ? Always view a house, don't dismiss it 'online'. 

      What would be your dream home? Cottage by the sea in North Devon.

      F avourite part of your job? For me, it's being able to help people. Buying or selling can be very stressful and it can be a little bit of a mine field, so being able to reassure clients and help keep the transaction as smooth as possible is always a nice feeling.

      Top tip for buyer or seller? Always use a local solicitor or at least a trusted solicitor so please ask John German for more information as we can answer questions on this. Please always ask the Estate Agent questions, we do this all day every day and we have vast experience on buying and selling so please take advantage of this and allow us to help you. 

      What would be your dream home? A property overlooking the sea, rural location with plenty of places to walk with my family and my dog and of course a nice local pub.
