Elizabeth Baddeley - DirectorBefore starting her career at JCP Estate Agents in 2013, Elizabeth (known to many as Bubble) attended The Dragon and St. Edward's School. She also studied plumbing at Oxford & Cherwell Valley College. As she has lived in Oxford all her life, she has built up a network of local connections as well as an in depth knowledge of the area, its schools and other local amenities. Having gained experience in all aspects of the business including Sales, Lettings and Acquisitions Elizabeth is proud to be a Director of JCP. As well as managing her own property developments, she spends her spare time at Oxford Hockey Club and supporting Future Hope, an Indian based charity.

Francis Winstone-Partridge F.N.A.E.A. - DirectorFrancis is a fellow of the National Association of Estate Agents and is a well- known face in Oxford property having been born, bred, and educated locally. He has been an estate agent for more years than he cares to remember, but still has an enthusiasm and passion for property and people, which with his unrivalled knowledge and experience has won him various accolades and national awards, including the National Association of Estate Agents "Best Estate Agency of the Year". He is also experienced in land and property development, and has recently converted an 18th century barn as his home. Coming from a farming and business background, he is passionate about agrarian and countryside matters, and in his spare time enjoys countryside walks with his wife and dogs, Rosie (a Border Terrier) and Winston (a French Bulldog who thinks he is a Border Terrier) as they have known each since birth coming from the same breeder.
