    Philip Dickinson, Sales Manager
In 2005 Philip started working in estate agency and has worked in the property industry ever since. Philip's expertise is particularly centred around digital marketing and harnessing modern day platforms such as social media.

"Estate agency has always been about ensuring the right people see the right property at the right time. But it is important to recognise that people's behaviour has changed in recent years and now social media can be just as valuable a tool in the marketing strategy for your property as other more traditional platforms."

Having lived his whole life in Cambridge and the surrounding villages, Philip has a comprehensive knowledge of the local area.

"Cambridge is thriving and on an upwards trajectory that is only going to benefit the city and the local villages in its surroundings. This makes Cambridgeshire an exceptionally exciting place to buy property, and I am passionate about helping anyone who wants to take the next steps in their property journey in this area.

Philip lives in The Hemingfords with his wife and their Dalmatian, Ralph.
