        Sonia Fransener at Griffin is by the far the best estate agent I have ever dealt with (out of more than 20 I have worked with over the years). I have never experienced an estate agent who has contacted me to keep me informed as to how the sale is going. I have always had to chase agents to get updates in the past. Moreover, Sonia chased other various parties (solicitors, management companies etc) to make sure things happened as quickly as possible.
