    Grants' rental ethos
    Since the formation of our lettings department, in 2007, our ethos is very simple. We would expect to rent properties, on behalf of our landlord clients, as though the properties were owned by ourselves. We have found that this reduces stress & avoids problems. It also ensures that, through clear & regular communication, there is complete transparency throughout the rental process.

    We are members of the Association of Residential Lettings Agents (ARLA) which reinforces our commitment to offering the most professional & comprehensive service possible.

    All rented properties, currently, require an Energy Performance Certificate (EPC) with an E rating or above (yet this rating may be subject to change in the future ). Additionally, a satisfactory electrical condition report & where appropriate, a gas safety certificate are necessary, which we are able to provide. 

    Comprehensive inventories are also available to ensure both the landlord & tenant have a detailed record of the condition of the property throughout the tenancy term. 

    All deposits are placed within the Deposit Protection Service (DPS) to ensure complete security for all parties concerned.

    Finally we are able to offer two rental options. A fully managed service or a 'tenant introduction. These options can be tailored to the landlord's requirements & we would be delighted to discuss our service & fee structure in more detail.

      Jon began his estate agency career in 1978 & describes the past 41 years, within his chosen profession, as 'an absolute joy'. 
      Jon has been involved in many varied roles during his career, including Chairman of the Bournemouth & District Association of Estate Agents (1999), President of Ringwood Chamber of Trade & Commence (1996-1998) & Chairman of Wessex TEAM, since 2001. 
      Jon's enthusiasm is relentless & his desire to assist others is total. The creation of Grants of Ringwood , in 1993, was the crowning glory borne from both he & Sally having the drive, determination & an overwhelming belief that they can make a difference, within their community. 
      Jon lists sport, family, travel & socialising as his key interests. He actively participates in football, skiing & is determined to reduce his golf handicap significantly!! 
      He loves spending quality time with family & friends, enjoying great company & conversation. 
      He lists 'penning a best seller' at the top of his current 'bucket list', after 'sinking a hole in one'!!

      Sally was born in Ringwood & following her education at the local schools, started her estate agency career, in 1981, with Ormistons, a local independent agent, gaining a wealth of local knowledge & expertise from her 'then peers'.
      After a short break from the business to start a family, Grants of Ringwood opened its doors in 1993, during which time Sally has continually ensured that clients & purchasers alike have received the best professional, yet friendly, & honest service, always with a smile! 
      Sally loves walking & traveling with her family & friends, plus swimming a few lengths, & finds great pleasure in tending her flower & veggie garden!

      Toni has lived in Ringwood since 1987, joining Grants, her "second family" in 1995 as a full time Personal Assistant. She balances working with looking after & enjoying time with her family, walking & swimming, on a regular basis. Raising a family in Ringwood makes her realise that this area is second to none!! 
      Her passion is people. She always has a friendly smile on her face & makes time to help people on their journey to buying, selling or renting their homes. Each individual situation being of equal priority & importance. Understanding the process of moving can sometimes be daunting.  No query is ever too small.
