      One of David Burr's company directors, Nick is the office principal for Newmarket. A member of NAEA Nick has been with the company since 2003 having moved back to the area from Canary Wharf, Nick now lives in the Suffolk countryside with his wife and daughter spending the majority of his free time walking his Cocker Spaniel Woody as well as cycling and running.

      Nick joined our busy Newmarket office in the Spring of 2024 as our Branch Manager. Approaching 20 years' experience in the Newmarket property scene and having helped 1000's of clients move in that time, Nick's experience, enthusiasm and professionalism are a real asset to our clients and colleagues alike. Living in the town with his wife and 3 children Nick's spare time is spent with his family, slowly moving around the 6-a-side football pitch and frequenting The Abbey Stadium.
