    Tim joined the company in 2002, originally working from the Long Melford office, he has been based in Castle Hedingham since 2003 and is responsible for the running of the business and all other related matters. He has built an enviable reputation for exceptional client care, quality service, and an unrivalled knowledge of the local area. In his spare time, he is regularly out in East Anglia, and further afield, pursuing his passion for country sports.

    Richard brings with him considerable experience in both residential sales and lettings. More recently specialising as a property photographer during a brief hiatus, Richard has re-joined the industry which he refers to unequivocally as a vocation. Richard resides in Suffolk with his wife, daughter and two Westies, Bertie and Teddy.

    Sophie is our newest member to the Castle Hedingham team. She has come to us from a career in international customer service, and most recently as a secretary for a local property development company, so is perfectly placed here at David Burr. Sophie has great French and Italian language abilities, so is a friendly voice for our European clients looking to relocate. Outside work she enjoys relaxing with friends and family.

    Gemma has recently joined David Burr on a new career path having previously worked in the veterinary industry. With experience in customer service and strong organisational skills, she blends well into her new role here at Castle Hedingham. In her free time Gemma enjoys reading, visiting her family in Norfolk and walking her two Jack Russell's, Milly and Bella, in the countryside.
