Our team begun specialising in property auctions in 2003, and due to our continued success with our auctions, we were subsequently invited to join the Auction House UK network in 2014. Copelands has an established lettings department, with our office managing approximately 175 residential and commercial properties. We also have two highly experienced surveyors working within our firm. Both of our surveyors are RICS Registered. They carry out independent surveys and valuations in Derbyshire and the surrounding area for private and corporate clients, and can provide advice and guidance based on your requirements on the types of surveys and valuations available to you, to ensure you get the right service for your needs.
