    Rent Guarantee & Legal Insurance Policy 
    To make sure that we provide the best service for our landlords, we encourage the Rent Guarantee & Legal Services. A Rent Protection and Legal Expenses Service does exactly what it says on the tin - it protects the income (rent) of a property that has been let to a tenant. Sometimes things can go wrong - even when you've taken measures to protect yourself. Rent arrears can be disastrous when you rely on this income to pay a buy-to-let mortgage, or rely on the income for other financial commitments. We work with our refencing companies to settle a dispute in rent arrears or damage to a property outside of the legal system. Where this is not possible, you'll always get the income you expect and, if you need legal representation to recover it.

    Christopher Stokes was established in January 2006. Since then, we have gone from strength to strength. Christopher Stokes is owned and run on a day-to-day basis by Directors Chris Stokes and Mario Panayiotou. Both Directors are members of the National Association of Estate Agents (MNAEA).

    Mario Panayiotou - Partner 
    Mario has been an Estate Agent since 2002 and has worked in the local area since 2004. He joined Christopher Stokes in 2006 and became a fellow director in 2008 - he has helped thousands of people with their moves since. Mario is a firm believer in good customer service and the friendly approach (he talks for Britain). Mario is an avid sports fan and clocks up the miles yearly with his Liverpool season ticket. When he's not watching sports, he loves a good old BBQ - as do most Greek Cypriots!

    Chris Stokes - Partner 
    Chris lived in Waltham Cross for the first twenty years of his life before moving to Cheshunt. After attending schools in both Waltham Cross and Cheshunt, he went on to obtain a degree in business and finance. It was at university that Chris started to develop a passion for property. Chris lives with his wife and two children, Oliver & Elliott, and spends as much time as possible playing football & tennis...badly!

    Matthew Forecast - Lettings Manager 
    Matthew, born and raised in Enfield, joined the Christopher Stokes team 12 years ago as a Junior Negotiator, before navigating through the various ranks of Property Management, to his position today as the Lettings Manager of the Cheshunt and Hoddesdon offices. Property was not a default interest of Matthew's, as he spent his academic years studying Sport Nutrition & Therapy. However, he found his feet quickly within the property sector once he got a taste for it - and to this day, remains ambitious in business, continuing to learn and strive towards success. Matthew's new-found passion on the fairway leaves much to be desired ... if only he didn't start every round at the 19th hole.

    Jeyda Balciner - Lettings Professional
    Jeyda was raised in Ipswich, despite spending her early years in South London, and joined the Christopher Stokes team in 2016. When she started, Jeyda was a Sales and Lettings Negotiator, before going on to excel as the company's Senior Lettings Negotiator. She found her passion for property and Estate Agency in her mid-20s, following a stint within beauty and hairdressing. Over the last 6years, Jeyda has continuously gone from strength to strength within the company, as well as recently becoming a doting mother to her son. Outside of the office, Jeyda is a gym enthusiast, as well as an exciting pâtissier - whilst this might seem counterproductive, it makes for fantastic in-office birthday treats.

    Oliver Webster - Lettings Professional 
    Oliver has worked as an Estate Agent since 2019, after spending a majority of his life studying and working in dramatic arts, more specifically dance, in which he has a Degree in. The reason for such a drastic career change in his late 20's was fuelled by his search for University accommodation, and dealing with local Estate Agents confirmed that his new calling was in helping others find their perfect home. Three years later on, and Oliver is in his element, doing what he set out to do in assisting people in their property rental journeys. Although Oliver has now retired from his previous vocation, he does like to keep fit and can be seen down the gym quite regularly. This helps him be quick on his toes and keep up with the fast-paced nature of the lettings market!

    Amy Cecil - Property Manager
    Amy joined Christopher Stokes at the age of 17, with much still to be experienced and learnt in life and business. Fast-forward 7 years, and Amy is one of the most accomplished members of staff within the company. She navigated through various roles from a Sales and Lettings Negotiator, Office Administrator and her current role within property management. Amy's ambition and ability to adapt has her recognised as a reliable office all-rounder, and she continues to establish herself whilst studying for the Propertymark ARLA qualification. Out of the office, Amy is happiest when she is eating.

    Jordan Ellis - Senior Property Manager
    Jordan, born and raised in Hertford and now living in Cheshunt, started her property journey in 2017. She moved from a small family-run agency, where she worked as a Lettings Negotiator, into the City for a new role as a Property Manager, before joining the Christopher Stokes team in November 2021. Having studied Architecture for 1 year at University, she quickly realised she wanted to work in the property field and decided to pursue her career full-time. Having found a real passion for property management, she's now dedicating time to work on her personal development whilst also studying for her ARLA qualifications to expand her knowledge and progress on to new opportunities within the company. Whilst balancing her work and home life, she's an avid reader and enjoys a (somewhat regular) visit to the gym.

      Brandon was born and raised in East London and began his property career in early 2020.       Francesca was born in Hertfordshire to Italian parents and has lived her entire life in Hoddesdon, meaning her knowledge of the local area is vast. Being bi-lingual in both English and Italian has enabled her to integrate and be an active member of a multi-cultural community, and her understanding of her community being something that she holds very close to her heart. Her hobbies include travelling to the other side of the world, ensuring that each stop over is in an airport with fabulous shopping facilities.
