Justin Bhoday - Co-FounderJustin has been an agent in London for over 25 years. He started his career with a nationwide company in Kennington and then moved to Barnes, Earlsfield, Clapham and progressed to managing his first office in Putney. From there he changed companies and managed an office in Kennington for 18 years, during this time he managed to grow the office from a small business with two negotiators to one of the highest revenue offices in the company with six sales negotiators. The secret to his success was customer service and making sure his team believed in giving the best advice at all times. He decided that working in Marylebone and Mayfair was a challenge that he must rise to, after spending 15 months and increasing revenue again even in a market that was hit heavily by Covid he felt the world was changing once again and it was time that he changed with it. Offering now a wealth experience in varying areas in London, running his own business has always been a dream to aspire to and now a reality bringing exceptional high service levels and knowledge. -

Javaid Ahmed - DirectorJavaid began his career in estate agency back in the summer of 1996 having graduated as mechanical engineer from Queen Mary University. He spent three years in Clapham Old Town, Southwest London, as a negotiator before being given is own branch to run 1999. In his career, spanning 27 years, he has worked in different parts of London giving him an insight into markets within markets. He best describes the Capital as a combination of several little villages that make up London. It has also allowed him to deal with all types of properties from the ultra-modern new home to the classic Georgian town houses. His last position, as branch director, was for a large high street agency, where he spent the last 19 years. Javaid has developed a reputation of trust, honesty and results and has earned himself a well-respected name as a Central London property expert. Javaid skills include high level negotiations and problem-solving skill as well as a natural ability for diplomacy. -

Izzy Wagstaff-Stewart -Business Operations ManagerIzzy, has worked in high street estate agency for 11 years. Leaving school before completing her A levels, she moved away from her small hometown to London. Starting out as a full time apprentice in a small independent estate agents in Royal Borough of Kensington & Chelsea. Once she finished her apprenticeship she joined a well known high street agency in Kennington where she worked as a Sales Administrator for almost 6 years before leaving to go traveling on a round the world trip. When she returned she decided to try something and found herself in the food manufacturing industry. After a year she realised she missed working in property and began working as a Business Operations Associate for an online platform before she joined our team at the end of summer 2022. -
