      Simon has been with Ashtons since April 2013 and has 12 years' experience in estate agency. As Branch Manager, Simon oversees the daily running of the branch as well carrying out all our valuations and taking of photographs. Every day is different, never the same day twice, and really enjoys meeting new people. Simon used to play Rugby league for his local amateur club, but had to call it a day as couldn't sell houses, turning up black and blue after playing a match (true fact). Simon still enjoys watching rugby league, also like's walking, hiking and camping.

He was fantastic at advertising our property, and he was very positive about selling our house. Our house was up for sale for 3 months with another estate agents and we only received 1 viewing, however when we changed estate agents to Ashtons, we had lots of viewings and it sold within 2 weeks.
