An independent 3rd party, Joreca, provides analysis on property listings available on the other portals in the UK on a monthly basis.
What does the independent analysis say?
Joreca collate data on the number of available properties advertised on other websites listing property in the UK, and the data shows that Rightmove has more available properties listed than any other by more than 20% (as of 05/06/2024).
What types of properties are included in the analysis?
The analysis includes residential properties that are available for rent or sale; not under offer or Sold Subject To Completion (SSTC).
