With an outstanding location in the very heart of the Les Gets tourist area, STELLA rises on the site of an historic hotel of the same name. It stands as an unsurpassed urban and tourist destination nestled inside the village.

ARCHITECTURE
"A WELL ORCHESTRATED EVER-CHANGING PROJECT

The ground floor of this masterfully designed architectural gem is edged in stone openwork that accents its graceful silhouette. Amid this background,

STELLA rises as an unexpected yet undeniable presence prominently and beautifully blending inwith nearby buildings flanking the high street. Its thoughtfully and congruently engineered façades lend to the mood here in the centre of Les Gets village, as if STELLA had always called this place home.

Nothing here is feigned; these materials immediately express the authenticity of mountain life and the contrast of timeless modernity.

STELLA's exterior follows deliberately subtle proportions. Its grey stone base anchors the property development and its retail spaces at the edge of Rue du Centre, creating a craggy latticework on the lower storey. Gables give the roomy balconies substance and stature creating a soft focal point that wraps around the whole building.

As the eye moves upward, metal canted rooftops echo the terrain's natural pitch and consecutively crown the building's structures as they soften its stony figure.

The focus was to give STELLA a visage of organic materials with alternating series of the village's signature natural larch wood siding and white finish clearly defining the spaces. Natural light pours in through the glass that defines the façade's generous openings. In an about-face on the inner side, stone accents underscore the inviting tranquillity of the landscaped oasis of trees dotted with wood patios on the garden level.

"This development's architecture and the unique location provided endless ways to customise the interior amenities thanks to the Cristal line, which was specially designed for this project. So buyers can choose which materials and fittings to use for their interiors, whether they want the feel of a contemporary lodge or a more traditional look. Regardless of the style they choose, we spared nothing when it came to quality, refinement, and minimal tasteful chic - the PRIAMS signature.

We conceived and developed exclusive amenities, as well as unprecedented colours and textures of unmatched authenticity and exceptional quality.
