Situated in a flat plot of 2.825 sqm. landscaped into a well maintained garden this villa is the ideally place to live either permanently either to use it as a holiday home.

Entering into the house we are in the sitting/ dining area with the fireplace and the spacious kitchen which is absolutely functional with all facilities which offers. Many windows offer air, light and view to the pool and the garden.
On the right of the living room are the master bedroom with en-suite bathroom and walking closet and another 2 bedrooms which share a w.c. with a shower. Internal wooden iroko staircase leads up on the first floor where are a large entrance hall with a study place and a sitting room with French windows which open on to a large terrace facing to the garden and the swimming pool. Furthermore there are 2 bedrooms, a fitness room and a bathroom with a bath and a shower.
All rooms have wooden beam ceilings, central heating, ceiling fans, aluminum shutters and double glazed windows with mosquito nets.
A door leads from the kitchen to the storage places where is the garage and the machinery too.
The garage has two entrances and is very high. All the machines which is used for the garden are in excellent conditions and very good quality. The most of furniture and electric appliances are coming from USA.
The house is used as a holiday home from the owners who live in USA. The inside is in pristine condition, add the outside needs some tender loving care" to convert in a very modern accommodation.

Few information about Ermones resort which is a landscape of mountain and sea

It is a favorite place for golfers to stay as the golf course in the Ropa Valley is only a few minutes away, so they can indulge their hobby whilst other family members enjoy the clear blue sea or pool. There is a welcoming clubhouse serving drinks and food and the course is challenging enough to occupy many golfers who return annually.
Two unspoiled villages in the neighborhood which sit high on the hill overlooking the valley and are well worth exploring are Vatos and Giannades (home of the famous Theotoky wine estate which can be visited and the wine sampled).
Life in these villages has changed little in the last years, except for the addition of a bar or tavern where you can sit and relax while enjoying the view.
Ermones is also near two of Corfu's loveliest beaches- Myrtiotissa, the small secluded bay which has attracted naturists for generations, and Glyfada- a mecca for many of the younger Corfiots who cluster in the beach bars in the evening to watch the sunset.
Walkers can use it as a base for exploring the west of the island- going to Liapades (home of the Cricketers Taverna), one of Corfu's larger villages and with an enchanting cove, and Pelekas- the view from the Kaiser's Throne viewpoint makes the climb worthwhile.
