The property is located in a picturesque village of Apokoronas at the foot of the White Mountains but just 15 minutes' drive from the popular beaches of Almyrida and Georgioupolis. It is a beautifully restored mansion of traditional architecture, which due to its size has been divided into two spacious apartments with three bedrooms in each. The building was previously used as a grocery store and is located in a prominent area in the center of the village.

Each apartment has covered or open terraces on different sides, in order to offer privacy in relation to the surrounding properties but also between the two. The building has solar panel, aluminum doors and windows as well as central heating with radiators and oil boiler that is independent for each floor. The upper floor has heat insulation and there is a certificate of structural stability for the entire building. The village has many traditional houses and has not been spoiled by tourism growth of the area. At a distance of about 10 minutes' drive are the small towns of Vamos and Vryses, in each of which you will find several shops, restaurants, banks, supermarkets and more. The city of Chania and the airport are about 40 and 45 minutes' drive, respectively.
