Newly built villa with swimming pool in Issos, just few meters from the golden sandy beach of Issos, one of the famous beaches of the South such as Marathias, Notos, Martas which are 15 minutes driving from there.
It is constructed in a modern style with many French balcony doors on the ground floor which allow to the inhabitants to enjoy the sun light and the pictures of the garden and the pool.
It sits in a fenced plot of 1,200 sq.m. with 2 entrances, one for the cars and one for the guests. The villa is lined with gray stone that blends in with the dark frames of the windows and the transparent glass.
It consists of the ground floor of 100 sq.m. in which the living room is open to the kitchen with huge patio doors leading out to the pool. The living area extends into a closed 8-person jacuzzi with glass patio doors from floor to ceiling. On the same level are 2 bedrooms each with its own bathroom and a laundry - dryer storage.
Next to the pool is an outdoor gas fireplace with built-in sofas around it for atmospheric evenings with friends enjoying their drink overlooking the starry sky and listening the sound of the waves.
An external staircase leads to the 2-bedroom guesthouse with private bathroom each and a 4-person Jacuzzi facing the Korission Lake. At this level is a terrace of 50 sq.m. overlooking the dunes with the cedars ,the sea and the lake.
It is a holiday villa suitable for the tourism as it sleeps 10 persons who can walk to the beach.
There are other houses , restaurants and sea food taverns around. Within 10 to 15 minutes driving there are the beaches of Marathias and Agios Georgios Argyradon, 2 touristy resorts that offer many amenities to locals and tourists such as ATM's, super market, bakery, cafes.
It is a truly modern villa of 150 sq.m. made of stone, iron and glass of unobtrusive luxury, for those who prefer a quiet holiday away from the anxiety of the city.

One of the most impressive beaches on the island is Issos, a vast, virgin area with golden sand and huge dunes, elements which have identified the beach as « the Sahara of Corfu». Besides this, Issos is situated on a prime location, in front of Lake Korission which is the most important wetland on the island. From the northern part of the beach begins the famous cedar forest, on a narrow strip of land between the lake and the sea which ends up to the nearby Chalikounas beach.

On Issos beach with its shallow, clean waters you will find parasols and deck-chairs in front of the only beach bar on this endless sandy beach. The whole area is preserved (Natura 2000), therefore you will not find any infrastructure. You can find restaurants only in the nearby settlement of Agios Georgios in Argirades .

Issos is a beach you must visit. Even better, we suggest you stay until late and enjoy a unique sunset above the dunes.
