Surrounded by a graceful garden featuring several pergolas and patios Mistico is the perfect island retreat in one of the most authentic islands in the Mediterranean, Tinos.

Mistico is composed of the main house and two independent guest-houses, incorporating stunning indoor and outdoor living spaces.

The main house is two-floored with a mezzanine and comprises three sitting rooms (two on the ground floor, one the first floor), one dining room, two kitchen rooms on the ground floor and three en-suite bedrooms. Main house has open and hidden verandas on all sides.

The twin guest houses (ground floor and first floor) situated as annexed to but independent from the main house. They comprise, each, a bedroom and a sitting room, an equipped kitchenette and a bathroom. The upper one has two verandas, the ground one is immersed in the garden.

The property's colour-full gardens include a tapestry of trees and native blooms, all overlooking the captivating blue of the Aegean Sea and the village of Ktikados. The garden has three semi open courtyards and pergolas in teak wood. In the upper garden, a sitting space with an outward fireplace is arranged with a magnificent view on the sea and the island of Syros.

The large swimming pool is composed of an open part and a covered part. This part communicates with the house through a corridor to the second kitchen. It is surrounded by stone arcades; its open part is shaded by a huge mulberry tree; it is equipped with a shower, a built-in barbecue and a traditional stone-oven.

At the entrance of the villa a set of pergolas creates a sitting area around a huge stone table, which is covered by fig trees. There are three outside parking places and a garage for one car.
