The owner has informed us that the chimney stack shared with Min Y Don was recently reduced. The chimney is still drying out at the time of writing (Sept 2024) but they have been told it should dry out with continued ventilation. The owner has informed us that there is a slipped slate adjacent to the ridge at the front of the property which has been like that for many years, possibly a mistake when it was reroofed in around 2000 but they aren't sure. The owner has informed us that the gas central heating (as of the 5th Sept) was working but during the last service they were advised that it does not meet the current gas safe requirements. We have also been informed by the vendor that there is a restriction in the deeds which mentions about not raising capital. This is said to be overcome by the Land Registry.
