We bought this house from a family who’d lived here many years; and we have enjoyed starting our family here too! It’s wonderful to be so close to great parks and woodlands, without having to get him the car. It’s also great to be a short walk from the supermarket and doctors, especially with small children. There are two local schools in walking distance too!
The master bedroom size has been perfect with a growing family; easily fitting a super king bed.
We will be sad to leave Agincourt and our lovely neighbours, but it’s time to let another family make new memories here, as we embark on our next adventure.

Woosehill has always been a popular location for many years, and for good reason. This is such a perfect location for anyone moving with a family or who is looking to start a family with great schools, parks and woodland right on your doorstep. As you can see this home has some fantastic space on offer both upstairs and downstairs with some great room sizes. This home sits in a lovely quiet cul de sac location with our sellers having made some excellent changes to it keeping it in great condition throughout.

On entry you have a bright and airy porch which is perfect for keeping shoes and coats out of the way. Further on from here our sellers have refitted the kitchen with a lovely finish boasting double ovens and ample storage with the cupboard under the stairs. Moving further toward the back of the home our sellers have converted part of the garage to create a superb utility room housing the washing machine with separate sink. You've also got the benefit of a cloakroom here too which the house wouldn't have originally had. At the back there is tastefully finished living & dining room with French doors leading onto the private rear garden. As you can see from the details the home has had new flooring and all of the windows and doors have been replaced recently.

Upstairs there are three bedrooms, two of which are good size doubles and a third smaller room making the perfect nursery. The master bedroom is our personal favourite due to its impressive size and comfortably accommodating a super king size bed. The wardrobes in this room are free standing but are included in the sale of this home. There is also a separate main bathroom which again has been refitted and finished to an excellent standard and its worth noting that the loft space is also boarded for additional storage.

Outside the rear garden is an ideal size and really is very private, it also has rear access via a gate at the back. One of the great features of this home is the outside office which is fully insulated and has power too it, perfect if you're working from home. To the front you've got driveway parking with the ability to create another space over the grass but there is ample on road parking nearby with this being a quiet cul de sac. It is only a short stroll to some fantastic woodland and parks such as Fox Hill Woods and Heron Park playground. You've also got a handy cut through to a field and playpark just behind the house. The home also sits within catchment for a number of well-regarded schools in the area and is only a few minutes walk from the popular Hawthornes Primary School. You're under a 10 minute walk to the local Morrisons for your every day convenience but a further 5-10 minutes walk on from here you are into Wokingham Town Centre with lots of independent shops, cafes, pubs, great places to eat and of course fantastic night life. Wokingham's Train Station is also located within the Town giving easy links into London and Reading. If you're commuting by car, you're not far away from both M3 and M4 motorway links via the A329 which is easy to reach from here.
