·       Privacy. Each room has a 2 seater sofa with coffee table and projector. This allows you to sit and relax after a hard days work while you stream from your phone. Projectors are HDMI cable, Wi-Fi and blue tooth enabled.

·      Safety, Peace and quiet. All rooms have a locking fire door, a wired in smoke alarm and are sound insulated in the floor and ceiling. This means you will hear less from other house occupants and are protected in case of an emercency.

·       Connectivity. 100gb wifi in the house for free. Plenty speed to use your phone, pc or to allow streaming from your personal projector.

·       Heating. All rooms are extra insulated to keep you warm. They also all have their own radiator and thermostatic valve so you can keep the temperature like you want it.

·       Free Laundry. A brand new washing machine/tumble drier is included for free. So no additional laundry costs on top of the rent.

·       Ensuites. 2 rooms have an ensuite and 2 bedrooms share a bathroom.
