Nestled among vineyards, olive groves and fruit trees on the green hills of Sannio, this country house estate is characterized by its charm. A long row of cypress trees borders the driveways, upstream and downstream, and leads us to the discovery of various charming corners of the property, about 7 hectares of cultivated land, such as the large wine cellar that preserves the tools for winemaking and a large area for tasting, a carport, an outbuilding for the janitor, the old stables, and finally the soccer field. The villa, carved out of an old country farmhouse, has been totally restored with philological respect, starting with the materials used such as old local stones, and is on two levels. The entrance floor, all open to the garden and the valley, is entirely dedicated to conviviality: large old-fashioned kitchen, dining room with fireplace, double living rooms and finally a large conservatory, winter garden surrounded by greenery where you can stay pleasantly in company.
