The property is located in the centre of Halstead, a small historic village with a thriving community just inside the M25 but outside the crowded London Boroughs, about 20 miles south-west of central London. Comprehensive shopping is catered for in Orpington (about 5 miles) and Sevenoaks (about 5 miles) and at Bluewater (about 13 miles). Knockholt railway station (about 1.8 miles) has services to London Charing Cross (via London Bridge and Waterloo East) and Cannon Street in about 35-40 minutes. Similar services are available at either Orpington or Sevenoaks.
