This modern 2 bedroom apartment enjoys the best of being both inward and outward facing. It is immaculately presented, spacious, and being on the 2nd floor gives you the optimum height to enjoy the complex, the raised communal garden and the surroundings.

The City High Street is a 5-minute walk - literally - and there is a general store and an excellent variety of quality restaurants and takeaways about a 2-minute walk. The railway station is a little over a 5 minute walk. Is this convenient enough for you?

The communal areas are well kept and a lift runs to all floors. The corridors and staircases are carpeted which help to keep these complexes on the quiet side.

The hall is a good size and has been finished with laminate flooring. There is an intercom to welcome your guests and timber effect doors lead to the living suite and all other rooms including a useful storage cupboard which also houses the water heating system that was replaced early 2023.

The living suite is the place you are likely to be spending most of your time. It is a good size with the fully fitted kitchen to your immediate right when you walk in. The fronts and surfaces were updated earlier this year and they look both contemporary and sleek. The cooking station comprises of a fan assisted oven, a four ring halogen hob which was replaced , stainless steel splash back and matching extractor. There are pull out larders to both sides of the oven and wine racks. There is a washing machine and an undercounter fridge concealed behind one of the matching doors. There is space for a dining table for four directly in front of the breakfast bar area.

The lounge area takes the rest of the room and glazed double doors open onto the covered balcony that enjoys an outlook towards the City Centre.

The master bedroom is a good size and there is certainly space for a suite of furniture whether it is to be floor standing or fitted. The ensuite comprises of a glass and tiled cubicle with a chrome thermostatic shower inset into the tiling. The design includes a wall hung basin which allows more of the white tile to be seen and helps to create a sense of space. The toilet cistern is concealed within the tiling and there are chrome water saving options set into the matching tiled shelf. This ensuite looks fantastic!

The second bedroom enjoys a spacious and practical layout where many are more rectangular or angled which often means they won't take a double bed. That is not the case here. There is a glazed door and a Juliet balcony.

The stylish bathroom comprises of a deep panelled bath with a chrome mixer tap. The basin and WC follow the same design as the ensuite and once more the space feels a larger one.

When you consider the dedicated parking space, the secure gated complex and the ideal location it is fair to say there is a lot to like here. It is a complex and an apartment that should definitely sit high on your viewing list and one you need to see quickly as it might not be available for long.
 

EWS1 Certification The Quarter has an EWS1 certificate.

EWS means "External Wall Safety" and the certificate means the immediate outside surface of the wall conforms to building standard regulations as defined by the government within the new building safety act which followed the Grenfell Towers fire.

A complex must have a valid EWS1 certificate for apartments to be bought or sold and not all have one!

 

THE CHESTER LIFESTYLE The historic, medieval-walled city of Chester boasts a range of cultural and retail lifestyle options including the 700-year-old Rows galleries, the oldest racecourse, largest Roman amphitheatre, Zoo and Chester cathedral. A wonderful selection of restaurants and bars in the city start from less than a five-minute walk with a range of schools including the independent Kings School & Queens School also within walking distance. The river and Grosvenor Park are nearby and there are a number of places to eat and drink there whilst enjoying the surroundings.

Located with The Quarter complex, properties benefit from a number of local amenities based around the canalside and Chester Railway Station.
