THE PARK

Views from this wonderful park include Somerset Levels and its moors, the Quantock and Blackdown Hills, the River Parrett and the Vale of Taunton Dene, stretching out towards Brendon Hill and Exmoor – over 30 miles of Somerset surroundings can be seen from here on a clear day, all the way to Minehead. The small town of Langport is about a mile and a half away and only twelve miles from Glastonbury and seven from Wells

The Service Charge for this home is £3896.30 per annum including water and sewerage and this can be paid in monthly instalments of £324.69 per month. This fee is reviewed annually in April.

The service charges includes all of the following: water consumption, sewerage treatment plant emptying / servicing charges, park business rates, refuse collection, electricity infrastructure and fire protection equipment servicing charge, grass cutting, grounds maintenance and general maintenance / repairs / replacements, and pitch lighting (If already Installed).The only other outgoings are for the Gas / Electricity that is used and Insurance and lodge owners have full use of the on-site facilities.
