There is a secure steel entrance door that steps into a tiled hallway. Built in storage cupboard which is floor to ceiling provides coat hanging space and shoe storage. The overhead balcony struts have been replaced with reinforced steel for ease of maintenance into a pergola style. The balcony overlooks the communal gardens but in our opinion is the best positioned onsite as it has the corner spot with nobody passing by. There is a gate which provides easy access to the inviting swimming pool, across the lawned area.

The apartment has two bedrooms, both of which have air-conditioning units which can be set to cool in the summer and heat to the winter.

The bedrooms each come with suitable furnishings for a comfortable stay which includes wardrobes and drawers with mirror. One bedroom is fitted with double divan and the guest bedroom with twin beds.

The twin bedroom has a French balcony, whereas the master bedroom benefits its own rear facing balcony off.

The apartment is offered fully furnished as seen.

To summarise, this property offers affordable accommodation and a turnkey option to buyers. It is suitable for both summer and winter living and makes an ideal holiday home.
