Located in an elevated position within the site, this lovely holiday lodge offers large gardens surrounding, off-road parking, and delightful views across the park. From the parking area, decking leads up to the front door which leads into an entrance hallway with storage cupboard and access into the 2.30 x 1.11m utility room housing the central heating boiler. The hallway also leads on to the bathroom, two good-sized bedrooms, and further on to the open-plan kitchen/reception room. Measuring 5.74 x 4.01m (max. measurements), there is plenty of space to cook, dine and relax whilst overlooking the park and grounds of the lodge. Decking and parking surrounds the property to the front, and there is a walkway around to the rear which is perfect for a BBQ area, and the gardens are larger than average with a pleasant private corner plot.

Caerberis Lodge Park is situated just outside the spa town of Builth Wells near to the Brecon Beacons, an area of outstanding Welsh countryside. Situated in 34 acres of neatly maintained grounds, the park provides a wonderfully relaxed atmosphere for private holiday lodge owners.

Caerberis itself is the site of a historic fort and the stunning Caer Beris Manor Hotel. Access to the hotel is gained from the park grounds by crossing the wooden walkway bridge which spans over the River Irfon. Owners are welcome to visit the hotel and take advantage of the facilities and events held throughout the year.

The park was formally part of Lord Swansea’s estate and is approximately thirty years old. Blissfully it provides very little amenities in terms of shops, swimming pools and playgrounds although residents are able to take advantage of the private fishing lake and riverside setting as well as the many walks and cycle routes this exceptional location provides.

Local attractions around the area include the ever popular Royal Welsh Show, The National Showcaves Centre, The Woollen Mill at Rock Mill and the breath-taking landscapes in and around the Elan Valley.
