The quarry stone house with an old history was built in 1863 as a vicarage and has retained much of its original character. The house was completely renovated in 2012 and subsequently smaller improvements were carried out again and again. Care was taken to retain much of the original fabric to preserve the charm of the house. It still serves as a holiday home and is very popular with its guests.
When you enter the house, you immediately notice the beautiful floor tiles in the long hallway, from which the rooms are accessible. Here you will find two large bedrooms, one of which has an adjoining children's room. Here, too, it is worth looking down at the beautiful parquet flooring with which the bedrooms are equipped. The large windows make all the rooms appear very bright.
The bathroom on the ground floor is equipped with two washbasins and a shower and is modern and contemporary. Furthermore, there is a nice guest toilet and a utility or storage room on this floor. Here there is enough space for the cleaning cupboard, the washing machine and the dryer.
You reach the first floor via the beautiful wooden staircase and are immediately impressed by the size of the dining room, which is located behind a large double door. Another double door separates the dining area from the kitchen. And the high-quality furnishings are also reflected in these rooms. Laminate flooring in wood look, coffered doors, large windows and a modern kitchen that is fully equipped for guests. After dinner, you can make yourself comfortable in the living room. A bedroom and another guest toilet, as well as a bathroom with shower and bathtub complete the upper floor.
The old wooden staircase continues to the attic, which also has a new and modern design. This floor also has a spacious bathroom with two washbasins and shower, a bedroom, as well as another room of 33 m², which is currently used as a multi-bed room, but could also serve as a large additional living room due to the old roof beams. From here, one can access the balcony, which was added later and which is not spacious, but the morning coffee can be enjoyed wonderfully here.
The courtyard behind the house offers much more space; here you can enjoy the day with family and friends in a large group.

The romantic wine village of Bremm is located on one of the most beautiful Moselle bends in the Calmont region and belongs to the municipality of Cochem. With about 850 inhabitants, Bremm may be small, but it offers the steepest vineyard in Europe, the Calmont, and thus a tourist highlight. The house itself is close to the Moselle and reveals to visitors a unique view of the vineyards and the Moselle, and this from all flats.

From Bremm, you can reach the Eifel very quickly; the Klidingen waterfalls, for example, are only 15 minutes away by car. It is also less than half an hour's drive to Cochem, where you can not only find everything for your daily needs, but Cochem is also considered one of the most beautiful places on the Moselle. In addition, there is a medical centre and a hospital here, as well as in Zell, 12 km away. The nearest shopping facilities from Bremm are in Bullay. The nearest railway station is also located here.

Leisure activities are not difficult in this region, there is much to discover. Whether it's the Reichsburg castle in Cochem, walks on the flat paths along the Moselle, the romantic lanes of the winegrowing villages, or viewing the area from a ship. On bad days, the thermal baths in Cochem, Zell or Bad Bertrich invite you to relax.
