From the landing we also have access to a huge south-facing terrace with absolutely amazing views. This terrace again runs the entire length of the property.

Finally, we have somewhat of a project. At the end of the property, we'll find a garage or storeroom but there is potential here for a completely independent apartment. Just 67 kilometers from Almería city and with a strangely beautiful rural environment, the town has gone from being a discreet fishing village to a first-rate tourist center with all the ingredients that you can ask for in a Mediterranean coastal town: good gastronomy, wide beaches and an incomparable natural setting. It would be a pity to visit only the municipality in search of sun and sand. There are many places to see in Carboneras, such as the imposing viewpoint of the Mesa Roldán Lighthouse, the San Andrés castle or the wonderful landscapes around the town not to mention the stunning sandy beaches, bars, restaurants, shops, supermarkets and much more. The closest airport is Almeria which is just a 30 minute drive away while Murcia and Alicante airports are 2 hours and 2 hours and 30 minutes away respectively.
