From the solarium stairs, the courtyard continues to the right, with space for a BBQ, a door to the understairs cupboard with useful storage. A pathway continues round to the front of the villa, laid to shale at either side for easy maintenance.

There are four areas along the coast namely Bolnuevo, Puerto de Mazarrón, Isla Plana and La Azohia with roughly 16 coves of beach. If you prefer the tranquillity of the mountains the Sierra Espuña National Park can be reached within 40 minutes, with several small villages being reached within 20 minutes. The transport network in the area is excellent.
