When developing on a nature-specific site, we bear the responsibility to make the most out of the location while integrating the design into its specific area.

This project is located in Küçük Erenköy on a particular site which is an accurate seafront site placed over the cliff edge with a unique wide angle of 270 degrees. When you first step onto the site, the feeling you get is not one with a sea view from a distance but of being in or on the sea itself. The sense of blue has never been more profound any of the projects we have designed till now.

The exclusive 8 villas in the front line sits at the edge of the rocky cliff edge giving a sense of being located on the sea as opposed to looking at it from a distance. The appearance of villas from the private road at the back is of a single-floor bungalow, while in actual sense the bedroom floors are placed below the living spaces and pool located on the road level. The 3 ensuite bedrooms with walk-in wardrobes open up to a lover garden in front of the sea, with amazing views of the sea in and out. The roof terrace adds the final touch with a 360 degrees view of the sea and the mountains at the back.

The second row of 5 duplex villas is located, with the help of the natural levels of the site, at the roof terrace levels of the first row enabling uninterrupted sea views like the front row. The indoor garage and a large space room placed in the basement open to the internal private road on the front part and the sunken lowered garden on the site, enabling natural light and ventilation. The living spaces on the ground floor open up to a nice garden with a pool while the 3 ensuite bedrooms are placed on the first floor enabling sea and mountain views from every angle possible.

The third row of 2 apartment blocks has 8 duplex garden apartments with two bedrooms and a double-height living-dining-kitchen area. The same two blocks have 4 exclusive penthouse flats of 3 bedrooms, and a wide private roof terrace for each apartment enables spectacular sea and mountain views. Both apartment blocks have a green area on the entrance side with numerous parking spaces for cars.

The back side land of the project is located on an elevated position with wide angle sea views on the west side overlooking a ravine and the fantastic sunset views over the sea. Two apartment blocks with 4 garden 3+1 flats and 8 duplex penthouse apartments of 2+1 bedrooms. Roof terraces comes as standard for all penthouse apartments. On the east side is 5 blocks of apartment blocks, each housing 6 garden apartments of 1 bedroom and 6 duplex penthouses of 2-bedroom apartments. Again, the roof terraces add the final touch for the duplex penthouses. A total of 60 flats surround a communal pool and basement facilities of a gym, spa, and indoor pool with sunken gardens enabling light and ventilation for all spaces. All flats have pool and sea views towards the northeast direction.
