The idyllic mountain village of Deià is considered by many to be the most beautiful town in Mallorca, nestled in the Serra de Tramuntana mountain range and offering breathtaking views of the Mediterranean. Deià is characterised by its charming winding streets with traditional small stone houses and small green gardens. It is clear from the houses, galleries and modern shops that Deià is more affluent than many of the surrounding mountain villages. Cala Deià, the small bay on the cliffs of the village, can be reached on foot from the village and is an eye-catcher in summer, often attracting famous visitors.

This property offers a great outdoor space which is probably the ideal place to stay all year round. There is a covered terrace area, ideal for outdoor dining and barbecuing, as well as an open area for enjoying the sun and another open terrace just off the master bedroom. The lower terraces are like an extension of the living area inside and offer a magnificent view of the village church and countryside. The living area is beautifully furnished with a fireplace and also has a dining area and adjoining closed kitchen. On the upper floor there are two spacious double bedrooms and a large bathroom.
