Built in 1835 in the village of Poseidonia by one of the leading and most respected families of the island and used as a summer house, it has been constantly lived in since then by direct descendants of the family. The house, set in beautiful and secluded gardens with many trees, is in the centre of this much sought after and charming village on the south west coast of the island, and is well known for its historical houses owned by ship owners, industrialists and politicians; its tranquillity and excellent beaches.

The house has been fully renovated and all original features retained. It has been completely rewired with 3 phase and night saving electricity.
