The second bedroom and main guest room is truly spectacular. It is set on the side of the house with amazing views over Ayia Napa. A double patio door takes you out onto the shared balcony with fabulous views over the Mediterranean Sea. A lovely breeze blows through the windows and when it is 45 degrees outside it still remains cool.
Currently the third bedroom is being used as an office by the owner, but can easily be converted back to a bedroom.
Bedroom 4 is a double bedroom with a very high quality en-suite with own shower and washbasin. It is a comfy room again with amazing views. It has the added benefit of a door that takes you outside onto a large private veranda where currently there is a 8 seater Hot Tub which is perfect for a relaxing evening after a busy day.

Just outside is an ultra-modern barbeque area for the preparation and cooking of great food to satisfy the family and friends. Next to this is a table that will seat 8 guests comfortably to enjoy the fruits of the barbeque and of course the drinks fridges.
