The property is located in a small neighborhood, just outside the village of Kandanos. It is an old stone detached residence, which has been restored in 2016. On the frontage of the upper apartment we find a large sunny terrace with unobstructed views to the verdant surrounding hills. The building has a solar panel and air conditioners in all areas. The location is verdant and ideal for cycling or hiking in the signposted trails of the area. The center of Kandanos is only 1500 m away. There, you will find everything you need for your daily living, such as a supermarket, bakery, pharmacy and more. There are also schools of all levels, a medical center and many restaurants and cafes that are open all year round. For everything else, the small town of Paleochora, which has all kinds of shops and services, is about 20 minutes' drive away while the city center of Chania about 60 minutes.
